From the project to the realization
Carrying out the design of a garden requires important planning, which usually begins within our architecture studio.
We coordinate the work of a team composed of specialized gardeners and craftsmen but is always present during the most important phases of the work, from the inspection to the maintenance works, from the writing of the project to the construction of the garden.
The customer's peace of mind and respect for the timing is fundamental in every phase of the work, as is the full perfection of the final result. Our team works carefully to create your outdoor spaces, from green architecture to masonry works. Until everything is finished, complete, and ready for use.
The stages of realization
During the creation of a garden, Garden Designer Expert can offer the guarantee of a unique interlocutor to his customer's thanks to the proven teamwork of gardeners, locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, parquet and bricklayers.

Customers who come to us to make a garden send a request for a quote by email. Depending on the time available, Garden Designer Expert will take charge of some of these requests.

The work is now marked in 3 phases.
PHASE 1 - Inspection
After the first contact with the customer, an appointment is made and he goes there to gather information. The inspection usually lasts about thirty minutes. We listen, ask questions, and take note of all the relevant characteristics of the place and the environment.

Every garden architecture job has practical needs on the basis. In the days following the inspection, we consult with the customer, both on the plants and on the furniture. This is to make sure that the proposed purchases are satisfactory and consistent with the expenses you intend to incur.
PHASE 2 - Estimate
Having carried out all the inquiries regarding the environment in which we wish to make changes, we formalize an economic proposal to the customer. The estimate is a real project proposal, free of charge and without graphic realization, with a detailed list of the interventions to be performed.

Any acceptance of the quote must be communicated to Garden Designer Expert, returning the signed quote (customer confirmation). At the same time, a small contract is concluded between the parties. The payment is deferred as follows: - 50% as a down payment at the start of the works - 35% at half of the work - 15% at the end of the work.

Drawing. The three-dimensional development of the project is carried out, in any case, the customer requests it. It is essential for business realities, where the dynamics of presentation and approval of projects are complex and sometimes there is no possibility of direct contact between the garden architect and the and administrators.
PHASE 3 - Realization
Once the proposal has been accepted, it goes to the realization phase. This phase can last from one or more days, up to several months. Depending on the complexity of the construction site.

The creation of a garden always starts with a general planning intervention. The means, tools, and materials are then brought to the site. Part of this phase is a diverse set of operations, such as the preparation of the soil, the installation of the irrigation system, and the electrical system, up to the positioning of the plants and furnishings.
The maintenance
Many of the customers maintain a relationship with the company for a long time after the garden has been completed, entrusting it with maintenance services. In fact, if you regularly take care of a garden, every new intervention will be light and discreet.

The correct management of green is in any case fundamental since plants are living beings with their rules, their rhythms, and their phytopathology.
The maintenance of the gardens can be occasional, for example, if you take care of the greenery yourself. Or it can be established on a monthly or seasonal basis. We also carry out weekly maintenance for the most demanding customers or hotels.
